At RITUAL Beauty & Skin Clinics we work hard to ensure you are delighted with your treatment and experience when you visit us.  To help us to run a smooth service, please take a few moments to read through our policies.  Thank you for your continuing support and understanding with these matters.  We hope to see you soon.

How To Find Us

You can find RITUAL Alton at 34C High Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1BD.  We are located in the centre of the town, right in the middle of the High Street (next to the Co-Op and opposite Costa Coffee). There are several car parks nearby such as Bank car park, which has ample spaces. 

RITUAL Alresford is located at 5 East Street, New  Alresford, Hampshire, SO24 9EE. It is a few doors away from Ellie & Bea and Hair Art. Parking is usually available on Broad Street or Albury Park.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours' notice.  If you fail to provide enough notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the full treatment price.

Late Arrivals or No Shows

Late arrivals may limit the time we have left to treat you.  We will always do our best to fit you in for the full treatment time but, if we are unable to do so, you will still be charged the full price.  If you do not show up to your appointment, you will also be charged the full price as your appointment slot is secured for you and you alone and we will be unable to fill it at short notice.

Male Clients

Male clients are welcome when sponsored by an existing female client.

Children

RITUAL is a place of serenity so please do not bring your children to your appointments unless they are supervised and can remain quiet.

Payment 

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards apart from American Express.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be purchased in our clinics or online. They can redeemed against all treatments. They are valid for 12 months and can be posted or emailed if required. 

Privacy Policy

RITUAL takes your privacy seriously. Your information will be stored securely and will only be accessed by our therapists in order to provide you with beauty treatments and products you request. The correct medical information is required to allow us to perform your treatments safety. We will never pass this information to any other third party. We are required by law and by our insurance company to retain your records for a minimum of 7 years after which time they will be securely destroyed. If at any time you wish to view our records relating to your personal data, this will be made available to you.
