Ritual takes your privacy seriously. Your information will be stored securely and will only be accessed by our therapists in order to provide you with beauty treatments and products you request. The correct medical information is required to allow us to perform your treatments safety. We will never pass this information to any other third party. We are required by law and by our insurance company to retain your records for a minimum of 7 years after which time they will be securely destroyed. If at any time you wish to view our records relating to your personal data, this will be made available to you.

Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments or a stated amount. They are valid for 12 months and can be posted or emailed if required. The perfect gift, and available to buy in salon or online.

Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or may be charged 50% of the full treatment price

Late arrival may limit treatment time and you will be charged the full price
