Hi! My name is Selina and I own RITUAL salons in Alton & Alresford. I have had a salon in Alton since April 2009, and opened our Alresford salon back in October 2016.

I am the mother of two wonderful, kind, adorable and exhausting children, and I absolutely love what I do!

The team and I pride ourselves on the highest levels of service, using proven and effective products, and are constantly researching the best treatments and techniques to give you the very experience we can.

My values embrace the idea that self care is not a luxury or an indulgence, but a necessity for our well being. 

I also enjoy fostering a team culture of fun, creativity and supporting each other in achieving our goals.

My biggest successes have been winning Beauty Salon of the Year 3 times, launching our VIP Membership program, and working with my team of inspirational women. 

Hi! My name is Lauren and I'm the Salon Manager at our Alresford salon and have been working here since April 2021.

I have been in the beauty industry for 7 years now and can honestly say that RITUAL is the nicest salon I have worked in.

We keep up to date with the current beauty trends, and are constantly looking at new treatments to add to our skill set.

We have got a great team across both salons who are all professional, knowledgeable and generally just a delight to work with.

I think what sets us apart is our approach to our clients. We don't have a 'one size fits all' approach, and really try to tailor our treatments to each individual. We have got a very loyal client base, and think that our clients love coming back to us for our tailored approach and our attention to detail!

Hi I am Becca, I have been working at RITUAL for 4 years now. I started as an Apprentice in 2019 and have worked my way up into becoming a Senior Beauty Therapist in the Alresford salon.

I have always enjoyed the team spirit in both of our salons and we are always there to have a laugh and to pick each other up when we need it.

We also have group calls and meetings, everyone is always very dedicated to what they do. Selina is always very open to hear our opinions so we are able to make the right decisions for the salon as a team together.

Both of the salons are always kept to a very high standard and you can feel that we pride ourselves on that as well as all the treatments that we do too, a lot of love and attention goes into them. Whether it be inhalation bowls at the beginning of every massage or personal touches that us as Therapists put into our treatments personally.

RITUAL has been an amazing experience to work at for the last 4 years and I wouldn't be the therapist I am now without all of the support from work and the amazing clients.

Hi I'm Anya! The reason I enjoy my job so much and why I work at RITUAL is because I love knowing that I've made someone feel better about themselves that day.

I take pride in the fact that our clients come back to us time and time again because they appreciate the job we do for them. They are fiercely loyal which is so valuable to us.

The team we have really makes us. Having a laugh over a coffee when we have a spare five minutes in the day or helping each other out with the never ending laundry are the little things that make me love what I do.

We're always there for each other if we need anything. Knowing how to work together well to make the day go as smoothly as possible really makes us a dream team!

I think these things are also what sets us apart as a beauty salon. The relationship we have with our clients and the way we work as a team is always professional but never serious. Keeping things friendly and light-hearted is very important to us and I believe is what makes our salon such a special place to work every day.

I'm Saskia and beauty has been a love of mine from a young age. I always knew exactly what I wanted to do when leaving school. A few years ago I took time out of the industry but when coming across RITUAL I remembered why it was what I've always wanted to do.

We offer a tranquil place for not only our clients, but for our members of staff too. We have a great team who support each other as colleagues and friends which makes it a warm and happy environment to work in.

One of the main reasons why I love what I do, is making our clients feel good in themselves from the relaxation and destress of a massage or facial, to the transformation a brow or lash treatment can give, as well as connecting with our clients giving them time out.

As a salon we take time out to ensure we're doing our all to give our clients our most exceptional experience possible, this can be our regular team catch ups or sharing each other's expertise to each other which I have personally benefited from and found really helpful coming back to beauty.

It's important to us to keep our continuity of standards and making ourselves a calm and relaxing space for all.
