How Can You Find Happiness?
It’s Hunt for Happiness Week and this one resonated a little for me. You see I’ve been on a bit of a personal journey to find gratitude.
I’m so lucky. I’m so blessed. And, I take an awful lot for granted.
One of the things I started at the beginning of the year is my Happy Jar!
Each evening I take the time to write down something in my day that I am grateful for, something that made me smile, made me happy, something that I took the time to notice.
And the thing that I am noticing most is, that even when I am having a rubbish day, I’m seeking out something to be grateful for so that I can write it down that evening and pop it in my jar!
It’s working for me, it’s helping, so I wanted to share.
